The PLAY ROOM will offer plenty of opportunities to giggle and restore the love of play that is sure to fuel the imagination, creative problem-solving abilities, and improve mental health.
Zen cannot be totally explained in words. It’s more of an attitude of being in the flow of the present moment. This is a gift that eludes many women because they are so busy taking care of others. Our ZEN SANCTUARY will free participants from the distractions and illusory conflicts of the material world by offering Relaxing Massages, Reflexology, Meditation and Aromatherapy. This welcomed break – if only for a short while – will offer the perfect ambiance to practice being self-aware and living in the present moment to fully “feel” the basic miracle of life itself.
SIP & SAVOR
Battling the bulge? Maybe you need to improve talks between your mind and gut! Gobbling down food too quickly, eating while distracted by activities may slow down or stop digestion. In SIP & SAVOR, participants learn to appreciate the colors, smells, flavors, and textures of their food; chewing slowly; getting rid of distractions like TV or reading; and learning to cope with guilt and anxiety about food. What’s the benefit? Mindfulness techniques have been proposed as a way to relieve stress and alleviate problems like high blood pressure and chronic gastrointestinal difficulties.
It’s a fact. Kids aren’t the only ones who need unstructured leisure time and space to fuel their imaginings. Adults could use more activities that require imagination and improvisation. Creativity is proven to alter brain chemistry and can boost physical and mental health. The CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS SENSORY ROOM is designed for all those budding writers, poets, artist and hobbyist that can never find quiet time to tap into and express their hidden creative passion.
