Dr. Morcease J. Beasley has served 22 years in education as a Mathematics Teacher, Assistant Principal, High School Principal, Executive Director, Principal Mentor, and Deputy Superintendent. Dr. Beasley is recognized as a transformational educator and instructional leader around the nation with educational leadership experience in Alabama, Georgia, and Texas. He has been responsible for directly leading, supervising, and managing all work related to curriculum, instruction, professional learning, family and community engagement, federal programs including Title I, Title II, and efforts to improve all low performing schools. In addition to leading efforts to develop and implement the curriculum, aligned district assessments, and new teacher and leader evaluation instruments, he has led efforts to implement the Growth and Achievement Model which is recognized as consistently improving the student achievement and graduation rates.

|Schnavia Bronson is a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Therapist specializing in life coaching and organizational behavior. Ms. Bronson is proficient at identifying emerging organizational issues that may be impeding the growth of their staff and the performance of their organizations. She works collaboratively with a variety of entities including government, corporate, faith-based and not-for-profit agencies to assess organizational and staff needs and render solutions in order to help them meet their strategic goals and objectives. This concession was a logical and industrious outgrowth of her training in massage therapy and her four years as a massage therapy instructor and her three years as owner/operator of Massage Messengers On-Site Ms. Griffin is a highly sought-after consultant for companies like 10-Minute Manicure in Miami, Florida. She lends her expertise in all massage/spa business operations. For almost two decades, Kimberly Griffin has oversaw the opening of 7 airport massage locations in the US and 3 more in Canada.|
|Christina Pollard’s natural enthusiasm and incredible heart is well suited as a facilitator and empowerment coach. Christina specializes in trauma work with families with the goal of building healthier relationships. Her spirit, while infectious and inspiring to her clients and colleagues, is balanced by her desire to see people through not only the victories, but also the roughest patches of their lives. |Erica Saffron is a licensed Nia teacher, dancer, healer and mother. Nia, which in Swahili means “purpose,” is a holistic mind-body-spirit-emotion movement/dance practice. She loves to connect with all of her students and empower them to come back to their bodies. The first principle of Nia is the Joy of Movement. This is our birthright – to come home to our bodies and experience Joy. Students may say that they aren’t in shape or that they don’t like their bodies, and it is my goal as a teacher to remind students that they are beautiful exactly as they are and that the dance is perfect as it is.
